While working as a preschool teacher and maintaining the role
of full-time mom to 4 young kids of her own, Dorian Kuechler
has always been interested in art and the idea of teaching it. It
wasn’t until she wanted to have a party of her own, that she realized that her interest could one day become a reality.
While googling paint parties for an upcoming girls night, Dorian
quickly came across the brand name Pretty in Paint Parties and
realized it was co-owned and operated by her childhood friend,
Erica Bridges. After a little research, Dorian was convinced that
this was the company that she wanted to become a part of.
She saw the potential to use her skills to help take her to the
next level and become financially independent. Dorian reached
out to Erica and co-owner Amelia Courtney the very next day to
inquire about any available jobs.
Since then, Dorian has left her position as a preschool teacher
and turned all of her attention to Pretty in Paint Parties.
Working initially as a local artist hosting individual parties and
larger company events, all while focusing on the bigger goal.
After a year of steady growth, Dorian decided to take the next
step and become one of its first franchisees when Pretty in
Paint Parties officially launched its business ownership
opportunity.
